Class of '72   40th-year Reunion

October 19-20, 2012

Friday, October 19, 2012 -

Icebreaker at PJ Skidoos Restaurant and Bar, 9808 Fairfax

Boulevard, Fairfax, VA 22030. Phone (703)591-4515. Website:

www.pjskidoos.com.

(FYI, Fairfax Boulevard is Rt. 50, which is Arlington Boulevard up to Fairfax Circle inside the beltway; then it is Fairfax Boulevard from about Fairfax Circle to about Fair Oaks Mall; then it is Lee Jackson Highway.

It is ALL the same road - Rt. 50). We have a happy hour

"reservation" from 4 to 8 p.m. in the main bar/dance floor area

- which means they will bring in enough wait staff to serve everyone and provide separate checks (for just drinks, more appetizers, dinner, whatever).

The reunion committee will provide some starter appetizers, then you are on your own. DJ starts at 10 and bar closes at 2 a.m. - so people can stay as little or as late as they want.

Saturday, October 20, 2012

- Main event at PrimeTime Sports Bar and Grill, 11250 James

Swart Circle, Fairfax, VA 22030. Phone (703)352-0260. Website: www.primetimesportsandgrill.com.

This is actually about 3.5 miles straight up Rt. 50 west from PJ

Skidoos about a mile before Fair Oaks Mall. Take a left at Waples Mill Road at the shopping center (stoplight intersects with Random Hills Drive) where you can clearly see PrimeTime Sports on the left. Our "reserved" time for one half of the main bar/restaurant leading out to the large partly covered two sided patio is 5:30 to 10 p.m. DJ comes on at 11 p.m., bar closes at 2 a.m. There is also a new 80-person smaller bar with 4 pool tables on the other side of the dining area we are welcome to use. Same concept as PJ Skidoos - the reunion committee will provide some starter appetizers and then separate checks will be available for drinks, more appetizers, and dinner.

NOTES:

Casual dress. No attendance fees.

Flexible timing. Both bars close at 2 a.m.

Cabs are easily obtainable from both venues.
