He is survived by his former wife Bonnie Jones.

He is the devoted and loving father of Kevin Jones and Stephanie Jones; dear son of the late William and Mary Jones; brother of Carolyn (Don) Kassel, Ricky (Sara) Jones and Diane (Don) Hume.

He is also survived by his caregiver, Mary Govan. The family received friends from 6-8pm on Sunday, May 4 at Chantilly Ox Hill Baptist Church 4101 Elmwood St. Chantilly, Virginia where a funeral service was held on Monday, May 5th at 3pm.

Interment at Farnham Baptist Church Cemetery was in Farnham, Virginia on Tuesday at 12 Noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Liver Transplant Program at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
