It is with great regret that we
must inform all Robert E. Lee Alumni and the Class of 1991 of the
death of our beloved classmate and friend, Jacqulin Young.
Jackie passed away
on
Tuesday, September 7, 2004
after a long and hard battle with breast cancer.
Jackie was born on
January 15, 1973
. Jackie moved to the
Springfield
area in 1984 and attended elementary, middle, and high school.
She graduated from
Lee
High School
in 1991 and continued on into the workforce until the time of her
illness.
Jackie is survived
by son, Marqus Young; a brother, Carl Washington (R.E. Lee c/o ’89);
a sister, Randem Washington (R.E. Lee c/o ’97) and mother Sylvia
Washington and huge circle of friends who loved her dearly.
Jackie was truly a blessing to have known and will be missed
tremendously.
