It is with deepest regrets, that we must inform all R.E. Lee High School Alumni and the
Class of 2000 that Kevin Eckerman passed away on Tuesday, January
13th, of injuries received from a snowboarding accident.
Kevin was a senior at James Madison University, where he was a
computer science major and volunteer firefighter. He is survived
by his parents, Donald and Margaret Eckerman of Springfield, and an
older brother Paul (class of 1997), living in Centerville.
A memorial service will be held January 24th.
