LANCER CROSS-COUNTRY DATA QUEST Attention all former Lancer cross-country team members, from 1977 until 2000. My name is Barry Mensh (Class of 1975), and I teach biology and coach cross-country at Lee. I'm putting together two recordboards (magnetic, glass display cases) that highlight the "All-Time Top-20 Burke Lake" performances. They will be installed on the wall outside the main gym. Cross-country records are few and far between here, and I'm researching the archives of not only Lee, but of local newspapers. It would be a great help if you could e-mail me your top time on Burke Lake's course, both men and women (boys and girls back then!!!), to help me complete the list. We're almost ready to purchase the boards, so the sooner you can give me your "bests", the sooner I can determine if you're in our Top-20! THANKS SO VERY MUCH for your help!
